LOS ANGELES : Unemployment Rules Changed for Veterans

Veterans who were discharged from the military between Oct. 1, 1993, and Dec. 4, 1994, and were denied unemployment benefits may now be eligible, a state official announced Thursday.

For a re-evaluation, veterans should go to their nearest EED office, she said.
