* Music: SpectraVision Inc., a leading supplier of pay-per-view video programming for the hotel industry, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Thursday. The company, which is 20% owned by Los Angeles financier Marvin Davis, said it seeks protection from creditors to obtain additional financing while it pursues a planned debt restructuring. It is the second bankruptcy filing for the company, which last emerged from Chapter 11 protection in November, 1992. In Chapter 11, a company wins protection from creditors while it works out a plan to meet its debts. In April, SpectraVision proposed to exchange its outstanding debt for common stock. The Dallas-based company listed assets of $521.1 million and liabilities of $521.7 million in the court filing. SpectraVision shares last traded on Tuesday at 1.6 cents on Nasdaq.
