Jacobs Engineering Wins $107-Million Contract: The Pasadena-based company said its CRSS Constructors Inc. subsidiary is providing construction management to the General Services Administration for a U.S. courthouse and federal building in Portland, Ore. Jacobs also announced that it won a three-year contract to provide engineering and design services for improvements and maintenance of a Mobil Corp. refinery in Torrance.
