Radio Host Arrested: Harry (Sonny) Bloch, who was charged last week with defrauding investors of $21 million, was arrested in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the FBI said. Bloch is scheduled to appear before a magistrate in San Juan, where federal prosecutors will request that he be returned to Newark, N.J., to face a 38-count indictment. Bloch has denied cheating investors. Before his arrest, he was deported to Puerto Rico from the Dominican Republic, FBI officials said. The indictment against Bloch and four others alleges that Bloch used the syndicated “Sonny Bloch Show� to lure investment in fraudulent companies.
