GARDEN GROVE : Retiring Staff at Schools to Be Honored

The Garden Grove Unified School District’s classified employees association will honor retiring district staff and outstanding students Wednesday.
The event, which begins at 7 p.m., will be at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Ave.
The 1995-96 awards program will honor six classified employees and two student scholarship winners, said Linda Dewitt, spokeswoman for the California School Employees Assn.
