Abbey Healthcare Group Inc: Investors in the Costa Mesa company, along with shareholders of Homedco Group Inc. in Fountain Valley, are scheduled to meet separately at 10 a.m. June 27 to vote on a proposed merger between the two health care providers. The merger would create the nation’s largest fully integrated home health care provider, Abbey officials said. Abbey’s annual stockholder meeting will be at the company’s corporate headquarters, while Homedco’s investors will meet at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach.
