Knott’s Berry Farm Foods Inc.: The packaged food operation and its manufacturing facility in Placentia have been sold to ConAgra Inc. in Omaha, Neb., a diversified food company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Knott’s Berry Farm Foods, a division of Knott’s Berry Farm with annual sales of about $60 million, markets jams, jellies and other goods. ConAgra also owns the Hunt-Wesson tomato-packing plant in Fullerton that produces spaghetti sauce, ketchup and related products.
