NEWPORT BEACH : Students to Perform ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’

The drama department at Newport Harbor High School will perform the rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar” for a six-night run over two weeks, May 18-20 and May 25-27.
All seats are $8, with proceeds benefiting high school arts programs. Reserved seats may be purchased by calling (714) 631-2278. All performances are at 7:30 p.m. in the Robert B. Wentz Theatre at Newport Harbor High School, 15th Street at Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach.
