Violinist Reina Inui, 17, of Anaheim, took the $1,000 second-place award in the 1995 Bronislaw Kaper Awards for Young Artists competition Sunday sponsored by the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Violinist Caroline Campbell, 15, of Palo Alto, won first prize of $2,500 and cellist Kathleen Balfe, 18, of San Francisco, received the $500 third-place award.
