Designers want to make one thing perfectly clear this spring, and it’s accessories. As wardrobes move toward a lighter, sparer aesthetic, the best finishing touches are made of see-through plastic, vinyl or Lucite: almost-invisible shoes, handbags with nothing to hide and jewelry that could pass for chunks of ice.
