Alpha Microsystems: The Santa Ana company said Thursday that it has sold its interest in Alpha Microsystems Belgium to a member of the subsidiary’s management. As part of the sale, the Belgium unit has signed a distributor agreement with Alpha Microsystems Great Britain. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The company had previously announced its intention to phase out the Belgian subsidiary.
