Rockwell International Corp.: The Seal Beach firm said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Dura Automotive Systems Inc. in Troy, Mich. The purchase is expected to add $60 million in revenue to Rockwell’s Light Vehicle Systems division, which manufactures parts for passenger cars and light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
