In the Empire League:

Cypress 15, Century 3--Tim Wing and Bryen Woo each swept in singles for Cypress (8-1, 2-1).

In the Freeway League:

Troy 9, Sonora 9 (Troy wins on games, 78-73)--Freshman Francisco Villaroman lost only one game in singles for Troy (9-1, 2-1).

In the Garden Grove League:

Bolsa Grande 12 2/3, Pacifica 8 1/3--Xavier Dao swept in singles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, for Pacifica (2-4, 1-3).

In the Golden West League:

Ocean View 10, Tustin 8--Paul Choi won at No. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, for Ocean View (6-3, 3-1).

Saddleback 13, Westminster 5--Minh Nguy swept his sets at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-4, 6-0, and Hien Le swept at No. 2, 6-2, -4, 6-2, for Saddleback.

In the Pacific Coast League:

Laguna Beach 12, Aliso Niguel 6--Elliott West swept his singles sets, 6-1, 6-0, 6-1, and Geoff Venstrom and Jon Moritz swept their doubles sets, 6-1, 6-2, 6-2, to lead Laguna Beach (6-5, 1-1). Aliso Niguel is 7-2, 1-1.

University 14, Laguna Hills 4--Chris Seid swept in singles, 7-6, 6-0, 6-2, and Min Lee and Felix Ling swept in doubles, 6-3, 6-1, 6-2 for eighth-ranked University (7-2, 3-0).

In the South Coast League:

Mater Dei 12, San Clemente 6--Paul Kerwin and Brett Hankey swept in singles for Mater Dei (5-5, 1-1). Kerwin won, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0 and Hankey won, 6-0, 6-1, 6-2.

In the South Coast League:

Mission Viejo 13, Capistrano Valley 5--Eduardo Kohlberg swept in singles, 6-0, 6-2, 6-0, for visiting Mission Viejo (2-0 in league). Capistrano Valley is 3-6, 1-1.
