Bill Goodwin; Won Emmy Award for Makeup

Bill Goodwin, 48, Emmy Award-winning makeup artist. A native of Glendale, Goodwin attended Pasadena City College. For many years, he worked as a set and costume designer for the Ice Capades and for several theater and dance companies in New York. Switching to makeup, he returned to the West Coast and concentrated on television.
