Capital Commercial Real Estate, a Los Angeles brokerage, is opening offices in Westlake and Oxnard.
Capital, which changed its name in January from Zugsmith-Thind, handled more $600 million in transactions last year, Chairman Michael Zugsmith said.
Jack Dwyer, formerly of Brown Commercial, will head the Westlake office. Three former agents of rival Grubb & Ellis--Bill Kiefer, Fred Fero and Alex Woronovich--will work out of the Oxnard office along with former franchise law attorney David Douds.
