Key returners: Becky Cole, Jr.; Ananita Emami, Jr.; Danielle Farnsworth, Jr.; Abigail Frausio, Sr.; Kara Hansen, So.; Trisha Hirsch, Jr.; Katrina McCarren, Sr.; Gina Nese, Jr.; Kate Phillips, Jr.; Mary Jane Piroutek, So.; Lindsey Richman, So.; Keri Simpson, Sr.; Lauri Wright, Sr.; Nicole Yaden, Jr.
Key newcomers: Ashley Carter, Fr.; Jennifer Mankariouis, Fr.; Emily Wicol, Jr.
Outlook: The Wildcats lost their top swimmer in Amy Clark but have a lot of depth and will no doubt win or place on the strengths of their freestyle and medley relay teams. Brea Aquatic Swim Club members Nese, Farnsworth and Hirsch are expected to help lead the way. Kracik said she is going to try to make team workouts fun, and not tedious, but wouldn’t get into specifics. She also said to keep an eye on freshman Mankariouis, who Kracik predicted would have a good season.
