Fullerton 63, Buena Park 26--Sisters Nadia and Shannon Hoerner had a combined seven three-pointers for Fullerton (11-10, 4-3).
Troy 67, Sunny Hills 39--Heidi Hardeman scored 22 points for Troy (16-5, 7-0), which also got 16 from Jennie Gadd and 11 from Dinah Shah. Randi Kameoka scored 18 for the Lancers (1-20, 1-6).
In the Century League:
El Modena 46, Foothill 37--Jennie Foyle scored 16 points and Anne Huffman added eight for visiting El Modena (8-12, 4-3).
Villa Park 59, Orange 21--Missy Bynon scored 14 points, including three three-pointers for the Spartans (11-9, 4-3).
In the Empire League:
Kennedy 59, Katella 42--Erryn Gutjahr had 18 points to lead Kennedy (13-7, 5-2).
El Dorado 58, Loara 36--Shanna Renken scored 13 and Michele de Bruijn 11 for No. 9 El Dorado 16-5, 7-0). Becky Joosten scored a game-high 15 for Loara (7-11, 3-4).
In the Golden West League:
Ocean View 58, Saddleback 40--Becky Fraser had 15 points and 13 rebounds for the seventh-ranked Seahawks (16-7, 7-0). Jennifer Tuiolosega scored 13 and Anna Lembke added 10.
Rosary 61, Westminster 48--Kathleen Celio scored 22 of her 24 points in the second half for Rosary (12-5, 4-3). Celio added 12 rebounds and five steals. The Royals held the Lions’ leading scorer, Amber Farroux, to eight points. Farroux is averaging 15 points for Westminster (13-9, 5-2). Lauren Murphy added 10 points for Rosary.
In the Olympic League:
Orange Lutheran 56, Valley Christian 43--Michelle Morales had 14 points and teammate Lori Wright added 10 for host Orange Lutheran (15-5, 6-1).
Whittier Christian 47, Calvary Chapel 30--Kim Menke had 16 points for Whittier Christian (15-6, 4-3).
In the Pacific Coast League:
Costa Mesa 63, Aliso Niguel 46--Koo Kim scored 23 points and Corri Lurmann 20 for Costa Mesa (16-6, 5-2), which led, 26-21, at the half. Deanna Mitchelson had 25 points and 23 rebounds for Aliso Niguel (6-14, 1-7).
Laguna Hills 41, Estancia 36--Tayyiba Haneef scored 10 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocks for Laguna Hills (15-5, 5-2). Whitney Houser and Tamara Inoue each added 10 points. Karla Dominguez scored 14 points for Estancia (12-6, 3-4).
University 48, Laguna Beach 27--Monique Mathews scored 17 points and had 14 rebounds for the first-place Trojans (16-5, 7-0). Lyz Day added 10 points and Heather Snavely had six assists.
In the Sea View League:
Irvine 53, Santa Margarita 40--Shawnee Stevens scored 23 points and Melinda Newe added 14 for Irvine (11-9, 3-4). With the victory the Vaqueros took over third place in the league. Thea Christenson had 10 rebounds and six points for Irvine.
Newport Harbor 61, El Toro 28--Jenny Jennings scored 13 and Melissa Schutz added 12 for the eighth-ranked Sailors (17-4, 6-1).
Woodbridge 83, Corona del Mar 37--The Warriors breezed to victory as 11 players scored. Krissy Duperron had 20 points and Erin Stovall added 16 for top-ranked Woodbridge (21-1, 7-0).
