SIMI VALLEY : Wright Appoints 6 to State GOP Board
Six Ventura County Republican activists have been appointed to the state party board by state Sen. Cathie Wright (R-Simi Valley).
The board members will serve on committees and attend the state GOP convention in February.
The appointees include John Theiss of Simi Valley, Wright’s chief of staff. Also from Simi Valley is Steve Frank, who spearheaded the county campaign in support of Proposition 187.
Rosemary Licata, president of Thousand Oaks Republican Women, was also appointed, as was Moorpark businessman Matt Noah.
Dr. William Anderson and Gloria Postel were appointed from Oxnard.
