Holt, from Long Beach Millikan High, has established himself as a scoring threat in the Orange Empire Conference, averaging 20 points. Holt’s average was helped a great deal last week when he scored a career-high 33 points and hit the basket in regulation that sent the game into overtime as Rancho Santiago beat Irvine Valley, 105-101, in double overtime. Holt also scored 23, including a basket that started a key 11-0 run, as the Dons beat Golden West, 83-74.
