Stuart R. Mork has been promoted to chief financial officer of the Newhall Land & Farming Co., according to the Valencia-based real estate development company.
Mork, previously a treasurer and vice president of finance with the company, replaces Robert D. Wilke, who retired as chief financial officer of Newhall Land last month.
Mork, who earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA in finance and accounting at USC, joined Newhall in 1987.
