Weekend TV : Primed for Gingrich, Congress, Chung
Offense and defense will be featured on and off the field this weekend.
House Speaker Newt Gingrich, the first week of the new Republican-led Congress and the controversy over the Connie Chung interview with Gingrich’s mother will be the prime topics on most of the public affairs programs.
And pro football’s divisional playoffs will be played today and Sunday on Fox and NBC.
