Agoura 41, Camarillo 21--Tommy Kim rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns in 13 carries and teammate Steve Parle added 156 yards and two touchdowns in 10 carries to lead host Agoura.
Agoura (4-5, 4-2) rushed for 434 yards. Quarterback Eric Fitzgerald also contributed to the team’s 519-yard offensive barrage by completing five of 11 passes for 85 yards and one touchdown, an eight-yard pass to wide receiver Dan Weikel that extended Agoura’s lead to 26-7 early in the third quarter.
Agoura opened up a 19-7 lead at halftime behind Kim’s three touchdown runs. The tailback opened with scoring with a 90-yard run and added scores of two and three yards.
Camarillo quarterback Joe Borchard completed 11 of 23 passes for 107 yards and two touchdowns, both to wide receiver Colin Foutz. The scores covered 27 and nine yards.
Camarillo (1-8, 0-6) was also sparked by linebacker Roth Valencia, who recovered a fumble and returned it 91 yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter. The Scorpions finished with 210 total yards.
