PREP EXTRA: SATURDAY FOOTBALL PULLOUT : Musical Quarterbacks Key Trabuco Hills, 34-10

SAN CLEMENTE — J.C. Pintsak threw for three touchdowns and 145 yards to lead visiting Trabuco Hills to a 34-10 victory over host San Clemente Friday night in a South Coast League game.
Trabuco Hills shuffled its quarterbacks, Pintsak and Chad Collins, on every play, keeping the Tritons off balance all night. Collins connected on four of six passes for 80 yards and one touchdown. The Mustangs had 225 yards passing in the game.
Pintsak came out throwing on his first possession, connecting with Laquent Fobbs on a 65-yard pass for a 7-0 lead.
Pintsak went to the air again on the Mustangs’ third series, connecting on key passes to Jake Anderson. A 15-yard slant pass across the middle to Anderson set up Trabuco Hills’ next score. DeSha Runnels’ one-yard plunge put Trabuco Hills ahead, 14-0, with 3 minutes 45 seconds remaining in the first quarter.
San Clemente made the score 14-7 seconds before the end of the quarter on a four-yard run by Trevor Insley. The Tritons’ 13-play, 84-yard scoring drive was led by Keith Gros’ 45 yards rushing.
Trabuco Hills’ Pintsak found Fobbs for his second touchdown of the night, a 19-yard pass play for a 20-7 lead.
Fobbs caught a game-high 101 yards, averaging nearly 34 yards for his three receptions.
Pintsak and Collins each threw for touchdowns in the third quarter to put Trabuco Hills ahead, 34-10. Pintsak connected with Brian Flourney from 24 yards, while Anderson and Collins teamed up on a 21-yard play.
