Fans of “Cagney & Lacey,” the police drama that ran from 1982 through 1988 on CBS, are in for a treat Sunday at 9 p.m. when the network offers “Cagney & Lacey: The Return.” The two-hour movie reunites Chris (Sharon Gless), now an investigator for the district attorney’s office, and retired Mary Beth (Tyne Daly). Channels 2 and 8.
