COLLEGE ROUNDUP : Soto Scores Three, Sets Titan Record

Eddie Soto scored three goals and set a school record Thursday night as Cal State Fullerton defeated California 5-2 in nonconference men’s soccer at Titan Field.
With his third goal of the night, Soto set the Fullerton record for most goals scored in a career with 36. Soto broke the record of Mike Fox, who now plays for the Salsa.
Peter Lak and Tony Jaime scored the other two goals for Fullerton (11-6-2).
In men’s tennis:
ITA Southern California Regional--UC Irvine’s Marc-Andre Tardif advanced to the third round Thursday with victories over UC Santa Barbara’s Ryan Radtke, 6-0, 6-1, and Nevada Las Vegas’ Rob Norton, 7-6, 6-2.
