Pedestrian Injured in Hit-Run Incident
Ventura police late Sunday were looking for a motorist who struck and injured a pedestrian outside the Greyhound bus depot at 291 E. Thompson Blvd., Ventura.
The 9:06 p.m. incident touched off an intense search by police. The victim, whose identification was not available, was transported to Ventura County Medical Center.
The victim’s condition could not immediately be determined.
Police conducted interviews at the bus station with witnesses to the incident, but as of 9:45 p.m., the driver had not been located and no arrests had been made.
