Telecommunications Shares to Be Offered: The country may sell U.S. and Canadian investors about $1 billion of stock in the state telecommunications company. Indonesian officials filed a statement last week with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell Series B shares in Perusahaan Perseroan, otherwise known as P.T. Indonesian Satellite Corp., or Indosat.
