John Sauceda has been appointed vice president of operations for Strategic Mortgage Services’ mortgage document division. He will be based in the Orange office. Sauceda has been with the company for more than 15 years and was most recently vice president of customer service for the settlement services division. In addition, Pete Meade has been promoted to vice president of sales. He will be based in the Costa Mesa office and be responsible for overseeing sales for the settlement services division. Meade, who has been with the company two years, was previously sales manager for the escrow sales division.
