Job Growth Projected to Remain Steady: More than quarter of employers plan to hire more workers in the fourth quarter of 1994, and 61% expect no change, according to a nationwide survey of 15,000 businesses. The projections by Manpower, a temporary help agency, indicated that only 10% of the companies expect to cut jobs and that 3% were uncertain about employment levels.
