Choate Named Executive at FCB

Mark Choate has been appointed executive vice president and executive creative director of FCB Orange County in Santa Ana. He becomes the senior executive responsible for the creative product on the Mazda Motor of America account. Choate succeeds Larry Kopald, who is leaving in October. Choate was previously senior vice president and group creative director for D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in St. Louis, with responsibility for the Anheuser-Busch Inc. account. Before that, he was vice president and creative director at FCB Chicago.
