FULLERTON : Man Fatally Shot; Police Seek Cousin

Police Thursday were seeking the tenant of a Fullerton apartment where an Anaheim man was found shot dead Wednesday night.
The victim, who died of a single gunshot wound to the left temple, was identified as Francisco R. Ortiz, 29.
Sgt. Glenn Deveney said police did not find the weapon or the apartment’s tenant, Carlos Ortiz Rodriguez, 32, the victim’s cousin.
Deveney said police discovered the body when they responded to a report of a shot fired inside an apartment complex in the 400 block of West Valencia Drive at 8:22 p.m.
