SMALL BUSINESS : Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Banquet June 15 to Choose From Top 22

The annual Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year awards banquet is scheduled this year for June 15. Founded by accounting firm Ernst & Young, the event honors successful entrepreneurs selected by a panel of local business leaders--including Dennis Aigner, dean of UCI’s Graduate School of Management; Louis A. Delmonico, PDS Engineering chairman and chief executive; and Barbara Kamm, Silicon Valley Bank senior vice president.
Among the 22 finalists are Robert Kleist, president of Irvine computer maker Printronix; Winston Quang Hai Luu, president of Computer Products Center in Irvine; and Robert, William and Richard Roper, co-founders of Fullerton-based Ropak Corp.
The banquet will take place at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. Tickets are $85 per person. To make reservations, call (714) 252-2322.
