Robb Temple has been appointed vice president of bureau marketing and government affairs for TRW Information Services in Orange. He will work in the company’s Allen, Tex., facility. Temple was formerly with JC Penney Co., where he headed the company’s national financial services legislative organization and before that, was national coordinator for credit legislation and senior government relations representative.
