* A fund-raiser for Don Wallace, Los Angeles County 3rd Supervisorial District candidate, will be held from 6:30 to 11 tonight at Calamigos Ranch, off Kanan Road and Mulholland Highway in Malibu. * Two events are planned this weekend for Superior Court Commissioner Victor I. Reichman, who is running for Antelope Municipal Court judge. A “Meet the Candidate” event will be held from 7 to 10 tonight at a private home in Palmdale. A $45 donation is asked per person. Reservations: (805) 949-2789. In addition, voters will have an opportunity to meet the candidate from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Pitchfork Ranch, 13500 Elizabeth Lake Road, Leona Valley. Admission is free.
