Prisoners
* After reading “Prison Bars Can’t Keep Out Mother’s Love†(May 8), I was almost physically ill. Are we supposed to feel sorry for these women whose sons are in prison for committing horrible, inhuman crimes? Sorry, but they get no sympathy from me.
My 21-year-old son was murdered in 1989. How do you think I feel on Mother’s Day? And having that story on the front page sure didn’t make me feel any better.
