Holmes & Narver Inc. Appoints 3 Executives

* Robert W. Albertelli has been appointed senior vice president for construction and construction management at Holmes & Narver Inc., an Orange engineering, architectural and construction services firm. He had been vice president of a subsidiary, Holmes & Narver Construction Services Inc. Arthur W. Fort was appointed senior vice president for design and program management. Fort joined the company last year as a vice president representing the company primarily on the East Coast from the Arlington, Va., office. Both are new positions for the company. In addition, Paul D. Steinke has been appointed vice president for corporate development. He joined Holmes & Narver in 1992 as vice president for major defense and environmental projects.
