Michael Jordan went 0-for-3 with two swinging strikeouts and a weak fly ball Friday night in his pro baseball debut for the Double-A Birmingham Barons, who lost, 10-3, to Chattanooga in Hoover, Ala.
“They told me you sometimes have nights like this,” Jordan said. “I was a little eager to try to get a base hit and try to start off right.
“I hope I’m not judged on one night. I had games like this in basketball. The key is to bounce back.”
