Movin’ In: Fred Sands Realtors, the large Los Angeles real estate brokerage, has opened its first Orange County office--Fred Sands/Coastal Properties.
Currently in temporary space, the office will relocate in two weeks to 24060 Camino del Avion in Monarch Beach. Brokers will serve Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano. The franchise operation will specialize in high-end residential properties.
“Our grand opening will be sometime in May,” said Lois Simmons, marketing director of the new office. “Orange County has needed a company like this for a long time.”
