AirTouch Plans $200-Million Wireless Network: AirTouch Communications said it completed its spinoff from regional telephone company Pacific Telesis Group, and is planning to build a digital, wireless network in California within four years, at a cost of $200 million. AirTouch Chairman Sam Ginn said the network is just one of several objectives the company has in mind for expanding its market share, now that the separation from its parent is over.
