Hemdale Case Settled: The French bank Credit Lyonnais and Hollywood’s major guilds said they have settled litigation with NSB Film Corp., successor to Hemdale Film Corp. According to an announcement from the bank, the settlement will allow NSB, now operating under Bankruptcy Court protection, to develop a reorganization plan and to pursue litigation against Hemdale’s former principals.
