Changing Chains: Michael Annis, formerly a vice president with the Red Robin International restaurant chain in Irvine, has landed at Del Taco Inc., where he is vice president, secretary and general counsel. Annis and his wife, Cheryl, live in Laguna Beach. Del Taco, which recently moved its corporate offices to Orange from Costa Mesa, is the nation’s second-largest Mexican-style fast food chain.
