Andrew Fransen has joined the Anaheim Hilton and Towers hotel as director of leisure sales. He was formerly vice president of Gala Tours, a Hong Kong-based tour operator, for more than four years. Fransen also held executive positions with Pacifico Creative Services, a subsidiary of Japan Air Lines; Morning Star Travel in Hong Kong; and Mandarin International, also a Hong Kong travel company.
