In nonleague boys’ tennis:
El Toro 13 1/3, Fountain Valley 7 2/3--John France swept at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, to extend his school-record consecutive winning streak to 60 sets, including 27 this season for El Toro (6-3). Fountain Valley is 5-4.
La Quinta 12, Mater Dei 9--Loi Du and Joey Nguyen won their doubles sets, 6-4, 6-0, 6-2, to lead a sweep of doubles for La Quinta (4-1). Bret Hanke won his singles sets, 6-1, 6-1, 6-0, for Mater Dei (1-2).
Loara 13 1/3, Estancia 7 2/3--Ben Chung won two of his three sets, 1-6, 6-4, 6-3, for Loara. Rob Horansky swept, 6-3, 6-1, 6-1, for Estancia.
Los Alamitos 21, Savanna 0--Alejandro Lopez swept No. 3 singles, 6-4, 6-3, 7-6, and Joe Shih and William Chen swept No. 3 doubles, 7-5, 6-3, 6-3, to lead Los Alamitos (6-2). Savanna is 3-6.
Mission Viejo 12 1/3, Santa Margarita 9 2/3--Brian Gruner and Derek Toross swept at No. 1 doubles, 6-3, 6-1, 6-2, to lead Mission Viejo (2-5).
Orange 11 2/3, Brea-Olinda 9 1/3--Josh O’Neill won at No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4, and Alfred Gomez and Jason Wang won at No. 1 doubles, 6-2, 6-2, 6-2, for Orange (7-1). Brea-Olinda is 7-3.
Villa Park 13, Valencia 5--Ryan Hollis swept No. 1 singles, 6-1, 6-0, 6-0, B.K. Chang swept No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-1, 6-0, and Paul Cho won two of three in No. 3 singles, 6-2, 6-3, 2-6, to lead Villa Park (8-1).
Western 13, Buena Park 8--Mack Sunthonlap swept in singles, 7-6, 6-1, 6-3, and Dean Ras and Danh Dao swept in doubles, 6-0, 7-6, 6-0, for visiting Western (3-5). Buena Park is 0-5.
