HANDGUN HUMOR

In publishing a cartoon depicting two young boys having lunch at an elementary school where one finds a .357 Magnum handgun packed in his lunch box, you have glorified a hideous nightmare that scares children and adults alike (Callahan, Feb. 6). Why poke fun at a parent’s worst fear--that of losing a child to violence?
