* Frank A. Clark has been appointed vice president of airline services at Lockheed Air Terminal Inc. in Burbank, a division of Lockheed Corp. Previously, Clark served as general manager of United Airlines’ operations at Los Angeles International Airport.
* Dale E. Braddy was appointed director of professional and government relations for Chad Therapeutics Inc. He was formerly vice president of Transtracheal Systems of Englewood, Colo. Chatsworth-based Chad distributes oxygen devices for pulmonary patients.
* Robert A. Mayhew was elected treasurer of Newhall Land & Farming Co. and Erik R. Higgins assistant treasurer. Both men joined the company in 1992, and have been involved in financial activities and land acquisition. Newhall Land is a developer of master-planned communities.
Tekelec, a Calabasas maker of telecommunications testing equipment, named Gilles Godin as acting chief financial officer.
Godin has been with the company since 1986 as corporate controller and, more recently, vice president of finance.
