LAGUNA BEACH : Residents Can Apply for Committee Seats
Residents who wish to serve on any of eight city committees that deal with a diverse set of issues--from arts and recreation to housing and human affairs--should apply for the posts by Feb. 24.
Other panels with openings as of next month are the cable television, environmental safety, heritage, parking, traffic and circulation committees.
To apply, residents should pick up an application at the city clerk’s office. Applicants will be interviewed by the City Council at their regular meetings on March 1 and March 15 at 6 p.m. at city hall.
For more information, call the city clerk’s office at (714) 497-0705.
