RANCHO PALOS VERDES : Attorney Elevated to Superior Court Bench

Rancho Palos Verdes resident Jack W. Morgan was appointed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week to fill the vacancy left when Judge James H. Piatt retired.
Morgan, 56, graduated cum laude from USC with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned his law degree there in 1962.
He practiced law with Morgan, Cheroske & Reamer since founding the Torrance law firm in 1982 and is a member of the South Bay and Los Angeles County bar associations.
