The Balboa Bay-Reebok boys’ volleyball team rallied to win the 21-team Berkeley Invitational Monday. After losing to Fresno, 15-3, 15-10, Balboa came back to win three matches to get to the final. Balboa then beat Fresno, 15-13, for the title.
