* Richard K. Matros has been appointed chief executive of Care Enterprises Inc. in Tustin, succeeding John W. Adams, who remains as chairman. Matros, who is also the company’s president and chief operating officer, joined Care Enterprises in 1987 as its executive vice president of operations. He has been a director of the company since November, 1991, and president and chief operating officer since September, 1991. Previously, Matros was with Beverly Enterprises for four years. Care Enterprises, a provider of inpatient and home-based health care, operates 51 nursing and rehabilitation centers.
