* Diane Sutter has been named president of Shamrock Holding’s new television division.
The move was apparently designed to increase Shamrock’s television station ownership. Shamrock Holdings Inc. is a Burbank investment firm owned by Roy E. Disney and his family. Roy E. Disney is a nephew of Walt Disney.
Sutter joined Shamrock in 1984, and most recently was executive vice president of operations for Shamrock Broadcasting, which manages Shamrock’s radio station holdings.
Shamrock owns two Texas television stations, ABC affiliate KXXV in Waco, and CBS affiliate KTAB in Abilene.
Sutter said she plans to look for other television stations to buy.
* Roger A. Burlage has been named president and chief executive of Live Entertainment Inc., a Van Nuys videocassette distributor and retailer.
Burlage joins Live from Trimark Holdings Inc., an independent film and video production and distribution firm, where he was president and chief executive. He has also held positions at New World Pictures Ltd. and AVCO Corp.
* Roger Drue, chief executive officer of Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center and North Hollywood Medical Center, has resigned to become the chief executive at Kapiolani Health Care System in Honolulu.
